All Cards/Prints are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery time within Australia after postage is 3-7 business days.
Due to COVID19, I am not shipping internationally at the moment.

Refund and Return Policy

All care will be taken by VPP Design to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of damaged goods in transit, I would ask you to take a few steps for me.

Please notify me immediately on the day of collection that your goods were damaged.

Please send a photo of the damaged goods, including the damaged packing material.

Write a brief description of what you think may have caused the damage, and I will be happy to reissue your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, you may send undamaged products back to VPP design for a full refund.
